We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

• Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with the sale or transfer of the business.
• When we use Google Maps Platform API's. We may share your information with certain Google Map Platform API's (e.g. Google Maps API's, Places API). Google Maps uses GPS, WI-FI, and mobile phone towers to estimate your location. GPS is accurate to about 20 metres while WI-FI and mobile phone towers help improve accuracy when GPS signals are weak, like indoors. This data helps Google Maps provide directions, but it is not always perfectly precise.

We may use cookies and other tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, and assist with basic site functions.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment. 

8. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent/guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Service. In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include (i)to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information. (ii) to request rectification or erasure, (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information, (iv) if applicable, to data portability, and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us using through the Contact Us  page.

We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to UK data protection authority

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before it's withdrawal nor, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

10. Controls For DO-NOT-TRACK Features

 Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
