Me and my 11 year old daughter love our karate sessions. Adam is a great instructor and always makes me and Evie feel at ease. I highly recommend YSMS either with friends, family members on even on your own if you want to get fit and build your confidence.

My daughter has been training with Adam now for years. It’s without doubt provided her a level of confidence and capability that I never believed was possible. The club is excellent if you are thinking about martial arts this is the club to join.
